Terms & Disclaimer
Last updated: 2026-05-30
By calling any 402Sentinel endpoint (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Informational risk signal — not advice
402Sentinel returns an algorithmic risk score and an allow/review/block suggestion for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, security, or investment advice, and not a directive to transact or refuse to transact. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions about whether to pay any counterparty.
2. Not an endorsement, not an accusation
Scores are probabilistic estimates derived from limited public on-chain data and heuristics. A high score or a “block” result is not a factual assertionthat any address, entity, or person is fraudulent, malicious, or engaged in wrongdoing. A low score or an “allow” result is not a guarantee of trustworthiness, safety, or future performance. Do your own due diligence; do not treat a score as a finding of fact about any party.
3. No warranty; provided “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. On-chain data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; facilitator identification and scoring are heuristic and may misclassify. Confidence and coverage fields indicate data thinness — heed them.
4. Your responsibility
Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any payment, approval, or rejection. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and data-protection laws. Access is provided without identity verification.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 402Sentinel and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading/transaction losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its scores — including losses from acting on, or declining to act on, any decision. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific call(s) at issue.
6. No relationship
Use of the Service creates no advisory, fiduciary, or agency relationship. The operator is not a credit-rating agency, investigator, or financial institution.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
